St. Cassian Restaurant

At Restaurant St. Cassian, you can enjoy Grisons specialties and classic Swiss dishes, whether in the restaurant, in the Eppi Stübli, or on the spacious sun terrace.

Following its renovation, the restaurant now features a bright, open, and contemporary design, characterized by natural materials such as wood and a relaxed atmosphere.

During the day, you order right at the counter and have everything served to your table—with short wait times included. On Friday and Saturday evenings, you’ll be served at your table.

We’re also available for banquets, celebrations, and corporate dinners, offering our cuisine and warm hospitality.

Current Special Tender venison loin, flambéed and carved right at your table. Available Friday and Saturday evenings by advance order—at least 24 hours in advance. We look forward to your reservation.

Depending on the time of day, different dishes await you at Restaurant St. Cassian:

  • Breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

  • Lunch Menu from 11:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.

  • Afternoon Menu from 1:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Dinner menu available only on Fridays and Saturdays, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

  • The culinary offerings are complemented by a carefully curated Wine List.

At Restaurant St. Cassian, we make a variety of foods and specialties ourselves. These include capuns with or without meat, scarpatscha, fine jams, and traditional pear bread. Our products are available at select stores in the area as well as directly at the Buteia da St. Cassian.
