The facilities surrounding Camping St. Cassian and Camping Gravas have been continuously developed over the years. The goal has been—and remains—to modernize the infrastructure, expand the offerings in a meaningful way, and at the same time preserve the personal character of the campsites. This development did not happen all at once, but rather in stages: adapted to new needs, legal requirements, and standards of quality and comfort.
The Camping St. Cassian It has been continuously modernized over the years. The restrooms, campsites, and common areas have been renovated and brought up to standard.
In late August 2025, the second phase of construction began following the restaurant’s renovation. A new space was created between the restaurant and the restrooms Campground Reception Desk as a central point of contact, supplemented by a small Shop.
Guests now also have access to a Massage Room is available, where external providers offer massages depending on the season.
Camping St. Cassian is a member of Swisscamps and was awarded four stars in 2024. It was also named a "Top Campground 2025" by Beyond Camping.
